Monday Co-op
Growth Love Learning
Our program is a Monday Cooperative – a day of classes taught by parent volunteers. Everyone participates via teaching and/or aiding as well as minimal cleanup responsibilities. Our cooperative covers core classes such as music, gym, history, science labs, building, cooking and art. We offer classes for children 2 until 12th grade, younger siblings are also welcome. We meet on Mondays at the Saint Michael's Church in Geneseo, NY Livingston County, for 12 weeks in the fall (September 9th 2024 through November 25th 2024) and 12 weeks in the winter/spring (February 3rd 2025 thru April 28th 2025 skipping April 21st). Please expect to be in the building at 9:45am for the children to gather for social minute, classes starting promptly at 10am and end at 2:30, but staying until 3 to lend a hand with clean up.
If you would like to join us, please read through this page and apply to join using the form.
Our group is secular and welcome everyone from all different back grounds and beliefs.
Parent participation for babies through 12th grade. A parent or responsible adult is expected to stay in the building with students all day and volunteer.
Students may sign up for a full day, or for half days either in the morning or afternoon.
